City Centre Action

Your Street Engagement Team (SET) Officers continue to patrol and respond to incidents within Manchester City Centre

Across Manchester, we’re working with partners to support victims, reduce harm, and keep our communities safe.

SET carries out proactive patrols alongside Manchester City Council Rough Sleepers Team and ASBAT.

Throughout this couple of weeks, we have:

✅Arrested, Charged and remanded a rough sleeper who breached his court bail by continuing to sleep within the communal area of a private residential block of flats. SET will always take positive action against persistent anti-social behaviour perpetrators.

You Said, We Did

✅ We are also working in close partnership with the Anti-Social Behaviour Action Team to remove tents from the Angel Meadow park

Anti-social behaviour can have a real impact on people’s safety and wellbeing. If you’re experiencing issues in the city centre, please report it.
